The industry standard launch meeting for the “Imitation Stone Concrete Brick (Board) Forming Machine” and the industry standard seminar for the”Mold for Block Forming Machine” were successfully held at Quangong Group

On July 19th, the working group for the development of industry standards for the "Imitation Stone Concrete Brick (Board) Forming Machine" and the seminar on standard draft and the industry standard seminar on "Mold for Block Forming Machine" were held at the main drafting unit of the standard, Fujian Quangong Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Quangong Co., Ltd.").

The conference is organized by the National Standardization Technical Committee for Building Materials Industry Machinery (referred to as the Standardization Committee) and hosted by Fujian Quangong Co., Ltd. Zhang Sicheng, Vice Chairman of the Standardization Committee and Secretary General of the China Aerated Concrete Association, Wang Yumin, Secretary General of the Standardization Committee and Executive Vice President of the China Building Materials Machinery Industry Association, Zou Jiyu, Consultant of the Standardization Committee and Executive Vice Director of the National Building Materials Industry Building Materials Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Testing Center (formerly), Fu Binghuang, Chairman of Fujian Quangong Co., Ltd., and more than 20 experts and representatives from relevant units attended the meeting. This meeting is chaired by Secretary General Wang Yumin.

Fu Binghuang, Chairman of Quangong Group, mentioned in his speech that standards are an important guarantee for promoting industrial structure and upgrading. They not only regulate the production system of enterprises and ensure the rights and interests of consumers, but also maintain market fairness and justice. He expressed his hope to participate in the formulation of industry standards with industry experts and peers, and promote the high-quality development of the industry by continuously improving product quality.

At the meeting, a drafting working group for the standard of "Imitation Stone Concrete Brick (Plate) Forming Machine" was established, and the completion time nodes for key stages were clarified. Cai Zhongjie, the head of the Comprehensive Department of the Standardization Committee, introduced the background and preliminary work of the project, and the representative of Fujian Quangong Co., Ltd. gave a comprehensive introduction to the equipment of the stone like concrete brick (slab) forming machine.

The standard draft discussion meeting was chaired by Vice Chairman Zhang Sicheng. The attending experts, representatives, and members of the drafting working group conducted detailed discussions on the draft standard, discussing the scope of application, terminology, definitions, classifications, models, basic parameters, performance requirements, technical requirements for components, assembly, electrical control, safety, and verification methods of the block machine. At the same time, detailed guidance was provided on the standard architecture, standard terminology, and technical content writing.

In the afternoon, the attending representatives discussed the draft of the industry standard for "Mold for Block Forming Machine" and thoroughly discussed the rationality, universality, standardization, and scientificity of the revised content. Finally, they reached a consensus on the revision and formulated the next work plan. Director Zou Jiyu chaired the discussion on this standard.

Secretary General Wang Yumin emphasized that the standard drafting working group should implement the revised content determined at this meeting, actively conduct follow-up research and verification, accelerate work, improve efficiency, complete various tasks according to schedule, and complete the review and approval of the two standards before the end of the year.

It is understood that the formulation/revision of this industry standard will provide technical support for guiding the design, manufacturing, inspection, and user selection of block machines and mold production units, and is of great significance for promoting equipment updates and high-quality development of the industry.
