It can make full use of solid waste, and fully automatically and intelligently produce various products such as permeable bricks, curbstones, blocks, etc., which are widely used in municipal squares, garden landscapes, water conservancy, highways and sponge city construction.

The equipment adopts a precise servo control system and a "super dynamic" servo vibration system, which can greatly improve vibration performance, reduce energy consumption, reduce cement usage, shorten production cycles, and produce high-density concrete products. The main frame adopts an advanced assembled frame structure, and can optionally add side mold opening and closing, core pulling (plate) and polystyrene board implantation functions. The hydraulic system is equipped with a pressure sensor to achieve precise control and ensure stable pressure.
