In recent times, the client in Honduras conducts a complete and comprehensive installation acceptance of the ZN900C Fully Automatic Concrete Blocks Making Machine with the assistance of QGM local & China engineers. At present, during the production phase, ZN900C could produce about 13,000 pieces of 400x200x200mm hollow blocks per day, which has been highly appreciated by the client.

The client has been engaged in concrete block making business in Honduras for many years with a well-known block maker machine from United States with a stable output. Due to the demand needs of new projects in 2021, this client intended to buy new block machine to increase production. Under the impact of the epidemic, the cost-effective block machinery and automate level is the client’s main concerns. By comparing several block making machine manufacturers in China, Germany, the United States and Turkey , the customer chose the production line type that he is more familiar with, ZN900C Fully Automatic Concrete Block Making Machine with curing racks.

The production process is, after the vibration of main block machine, the wet blocks will be out and transferred to curing racks by elevator, one layer of 2 pallets, a total of 6 layers, 12 pallets, and then the forklift will transfer the full wet blocks with curing rack to curing area. After the curing is completed, the dry blocks with curing rack is transported on the curing rack conveying chain, and the lowerator will transfer the dry blocks on block the conveyor, one layer by one layer. After the cubing and packaging process, the cubed blocks can be sent to the finished product stacking area. This solution has high production efficiency, easy operation and labor management.
